Eddi's Secret part 6PART 6
Shortly after that night, Luke died of blood loss...
The article in the news said it was a dog attack, but my mother, father and I knew what actually happened.
After he died, no one spoke of him anymore, except for me. There
weren't any pictures of him in the house, except for my room. Everyone pretended that he never existed, but me...
I couldn't stand the thought of how much pain he went through. How much pain I had caused him. I never wanted to do that to anyone I loved again.
But I did...
I didn't know I'd transform again the night after, so I went to Central Park with Zack.
I had felt the power in me as I changed. It wasn't as much power as last time though.
Clothes ripped as my body got to big for them, but they held on.
I didn't feel any bones snapping.
I felt everything else...
Claws, ears, teeth, tail, fur, and, this time, my hands and feet grew as well.
When I was done... I felt control...
Not all control, but it was better than what happened the night before.
Eddi's Secret part 5PART 5
During and after the transformation I didn't have any control of my body, but I remember every second of it.
Clothes tearing, bandages ripping.
Leg and arm bones snapping into weird positions. Ears disappearing into my head and emerging on top of my skull, larger than they were before. Tail bone growing so long and strong that it pushed its way out of my lower back. Nails and teeth growing long and sharp, fur bursting out of every pore of my body and eyes glowing gold like the moon.
The only things that stayed the same were my irises, my pupils, and my tattoos.
The pain was unbearable, yet the power was incredible and uncontrollable...
Luke watched me, his sister that he loved so much, as I turned into something he was afraid of. Like a creature lurking in the darkness of his closet that he had Mom and Dad check every night.
Luke screamed and shouted as I scratched and bit every inch of his defenseless four-year-old body.
My parent's ran into the room to see what was

The Room That Smelt Like Rubbing Alcohol
I remember waking up on my bed, the smell of rubbing alcohol filling the room.
I sat up, cursed quietly (because sitting up hurt), and looked around. The only thing in my room that I didn't recognize was a bag pumping morphine slowly into my bloodstream.
I didn't feel high so they must have just put it there.
I looked under my sheets and saw my torso wrapped like a mummy, but the bandages looked very new.
And I still didn't see any blood...
Then my brother walked in...
"Awe you feeling any bettew, Sandwa?" He walked over to my left side and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Much better, now that you're here," I smiled.
"Good!" He smiled big and even laughed.
I moved my legs over too the side of the bed and sat next to him, looking out the window at the beautiful sunset...
My brother helped me lighten up when my whole world was dark and he had a way of making me smile even when all I wanted to do was frown.
I had never really been an optimist u
The New Ed part 6"Are you KIDDING me!?" Eddi exclaimed. Nazz shook her head. Eddi laughed. Nazz had been telling Eddi about all the crazy scams, that the Eds almost pulled off, while they were on the bus. "Rolf see's this kind of tom-foolery all the time, Ed girl!" Rolf was Nazz's alibi. "That's some pretty elaborate scams you guys have tried," Eddi turned towards the three boys, "Who comes up with them?" "I do," Eddy told Eddi, looking confident. "Sure, Eddy comes up with the scams, but I do all the calculating," Double D stated. "I lift stuff," Ed said. Eddi laughed, "So we have the Ideas, the Brains, and the Muscles!" She smiled and turned back around to continue her conversation with Nazz and Rolf. "She called me the brains," Double D whispered just loud enough for Kevin, who was in the seat in front of Double D, to hear him. "Oh, dude," Kevin turned to look at him, "You like her, don't you?" Double D blushed and looked down at his feet, "I uh um " "You do! Not surprised. A chick like he

The Bloodless Wound
I got back home (home meaning my family's two story hotel room) from the skate park, at like 4, that day and realized my parents hadn't seen my hair yet.
I had got home when everyone was sleeping and I left the house early this morning to go see Zack.
"Sandra? Is that you?" I heard my mother ask from her room.
'Oh shit!' I thought, because if it were dad that first saw it, he would give me a chance to explain myself before he freaked out, but mom...
I started quietly tip toeing the opposite direction of my mom, to get to my room. 'I have to get to my room and put on a hoodie before...'
"OH MY GOD!" I heard my mom exclaim behind me. "SANDRA! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO YOUR HAIR!"
I turned around slowly, holding my breath. 'If you tell her what happened, she'll not just lock your door at night, but bar your windows too! Think Sandra, THINK!'
"SANDWA! What happened to you!? You have scwatches all ovew yo

The Girl That Never Did Ecstasy
The next day, at the skate park, I told my best friend, Zack, what had happened.
"What exactly did you say it was again?" He asked.
"A wolf... I think."
"Well it looked like a mix between a wolf and a rabbit, but that was probably just the joint I smoked earlier."
"Did I say joint? I meant your average cigarette." I rubbed the back of my head. 'There he goes... Being all up in my face again for smoking weed' I thought.
"Don't lie to me... What time did you smoke it?"
"Four o'clock in the afternoon..." My lies suck when I'm with Zack...
"And what time were you in the park?"
"One in the morning. Why?"
"If it was a joint then the effects should have warn off by that time... Are you telling me the truth or was it ecstasy?"
"DUDE! I've never even had ecstasy!"
"Hmm... Then maybe it was just your eyes playing tricks on you..."
"Yeah, cause it sure wasn't ecstasy!"
"Alright! Calm down! I was just checking..." He looked at me wi

The Wolf... Bunny... Thing...
It's out... My secret is out and the whole cul-de-sac knows... But the scary thing is... I almost killed someone I cared about... Again...
It all started in the 6th grade.
I was out for a walk in Central Park, and it was way passed the curfew Officer Josh told me, but I didn't care.
"It's dangerous out here at night," He said, handing me a fine for a hundred dollars, which my dad paid when he got a call saying I hadn't paid it yet.
He didn't know me like Officer Brady did. Officer Brady knew my criminal records like the back of his hand because, and I quote, "Not all 11 year olds know how to steal an entire box of cereal without getting caught." "I'll take that as a compliment, Brady!" He knew I still smoked and occasionally got wasted, high or stole a pack of cigarettes. Most of all he knew that I was in a gang for a while and I was a tough kid that could kick a pedophile's ass.
Officer Josh didn't know shit.
So I was walking, with a razorblade in
